The high-end fashion label Paris re Made, founded in 2018, has focused on upcycling and made it its trademark!
The raw materials used are luxury vintage clothes and pieces as well as scraps of designer fabrics. The artistic director, Xuan Thu Nguyen, uses this supply to create ultra-modern pieces while respecting the design and heritage of the original brand. Paris re Made then focuses on recycling, upcycling and using (or rather re-using!) what already exists and is readily available.
Beyond the brand, the idea is to create a creative community around the themes that are dear to him: fashion, music, art, culture with the aim of participating in the development
of a more sustainable industry.
